But there's something incredibly genuine about that smile on her face now, and it creates a sort of vulnerability and near-intimacy that Jaskier's not quite used to seeing from her. He seems to realize there's been a lapse in their back and forth though and shakes his head slightly.]

[Jaskier probably wouldn't have enjoyed being charmed any more than he did being threatened, anyway. Geralt not being there and with limited memories of the day before would have left Jaskier far too on edge to trust it as genuine. But, more importantly, as Jaskier said: he's immune to it anyway.]
