I don't think we can afford to say no to extra manpower right now. Geralt will have to cope with not being the only demon hunter on the case. (that will be the least of the problems geralt will have with all this....she may be planning on keeping that last option a secret until she has to tell him.)
They are sadly the best we have. So we'll have to make do.
